EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 2, PRODUCTS WE SELL THROUGH THE WEBSITE (1) ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASES; AND (2) ARE OFFERED TO YOU WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND ACCURACY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO AVAILABILITY AND/OR PRICING OF PRODUCTS SOLD VIA THE SERVICE.

  1. 2. Limited Warranty

HAWKERS provides you a limited warranty of the Product that you purchase through the Service against manufacturing defects. Specifically, HAWKERS warrants that the purchased Product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover: scratches on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the Product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to vision correction.

Return Policy

  1. 1. Return Policy if You Change your Mind

You may return Products purchased on our website www.hawkers.co within 14 days from receipt of delivery. To receive a refund of the purchase price paid, the Product must have the original tags in place and be in the original condition in which it was sent. There should be absolutely no scratches on the Product.

Once we receive your returned item in due condition, we will credit your method of payment. You will receive an email confirming that we have processed your return.

Please note that refunds will not be issued if the Product(s) are not in their original unworn condition with the tags attached.

  1. 2. Return Policy on Defective Goods

You may return defective Products purchased on our website www.hawkers.co within 12 months from the date of purchase. To receive a refund of the purchase price paid, the Product must have the original tags in place and be in the original condition in which they were sent. There should be absolutely no scratches on the Product or item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will verify its condition and determine, in our sole discretion, whether the Product is in fact, defective. If we determine that the Product is defective, we will send you an identical Product. If such identical Product is out of stock, you may either 1) receive a full refund; or, 2) choose another Product of similar value. If we determine that the Product is not defective, we will not credit any amounts, nor give you the option to receive an identical Product, and you will have to bear the shipping costs.

Return Shipping Instructions

To return any of our Products, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care Department at contact@hawkersco.com stating the order number, the reason for the return, and the description of the damages, if any. Please attach a picture of the Product. Within 5 business days, our Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the Product can proceed.

2. If the return is applicable, we will create a Return Label & Authorization which you will have to print.

3. Pack the Product in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the Product. Make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.

4. Attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

5. Ship the package.
